Welcome to KP Cards ("we," "us," "our"), a service operated by Kamal Paterson Ltd. By accessing kpcards.kamal-paterson.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Services
KP Cards is a digital business card (vCard) builder platform offering customizable cards, QR codes, social media links, appointment scheduling, blogs, analytics, and more. Plans are available on a subscription basis, with various features depending on the package you choose.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent in their jurisdiction to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.
4. Account & Security
You're responsible for keeping your account information secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us at kp-cards@kamal-paterson.com immediately.
5. Subscription, Payment & Refunds
All subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed via our supported payment gateways. Manual payments (e.g., via bKash) must be verified with proof of transaction.
No refunds are offered once a payment has been verified, unless legally mandated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted material
- Use the platform for phishing, spam, or malware
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Ownership & IP
All content on the platform (except user-uploaded content) is the property of Kamal Paterson Ltd. You retain rights to your own uploaded material but grant us the license to display and share it within the platform.
8. Third-Party Services
You may access links or tools that are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violations without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from use or inability to use the service. Use is at your own risk.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Major changes will be communicated to registered users via email or site notification.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
